EMOTIONS AND SOUL BREATH
Nothing stays stuck for ever, no emotion or story, when you see it with the eyes of your Limitless Self. Conscious breath helps you to allow that!
Emotions are some of the most challenging things to confront on Earth. Oh, they can also be very inspiring and seductive, like in the case of "falling in love" with someone. However, they are actually not really real, they are not so surprisingly - the mind's feelings. The mind's attempt to re-create real feelings. Which are beyond any positive or negative, they originate in your Soul, Limitless Self.
Conscius breathing is one of the tools, that I whole-heartedly recommend. It can easily bring you back into your balance, when you allow yourself to breathe through it all without judgement, or it can simply open you up into the more of your Real Self. Anyway, it serves its purpose so nicely and it's kind of the brigde between your Limitless Self, Human and the Body.
SOUL BEAUTY
Soul Beauty is You. As the Limitless Creator. Also with your Human self. Human is just as beautiful as Soul, with all its experiences, so called "imbalances" and everything else.
Everything is absolutely Beautiful when we allow ourselves to see it beyond the mind. Beyond judgements and guilt. Beyond analisying. You are a free limitless being, not bound by your stories, in which you've been participating for a very long time, in so many cases. Nothing is really wrong or imperfect, ever, but the essential point to make is the difference between energetically perceiving your world and yourself through mind only or seeing it all with eyes of your Soul. Don't take anything too seriously, life is actually one big cosmic joke! It is all your energy, everything you see and sense 'around' you. You are the Sovereign Creator. It is essential that no parts of you stay stuck in the victim mentality, cause otherwise the pure joy of life is always going to stay one step ahead of you.
YOUR REAL SELF
You can call it your enlightened self, your limitless self, your free self - anything that suits you. It is actually beyond any word in its essence.
Your Real Self is beyond any limitation, any definition, any role or identity. It is absolutely free, like it always was. And always will be! You real self is Limitless! It lives in pure compassion and never uses force or pressure at all. It's always observing beauty and joy of creation. The One resides in the pure state of ecstasy of existence. For no reason. Simply because it exists. It is more than enough, but hardly understood by the mind ...
SELF LOVE
You are caressed and nourished in such energy space ... Self love enables you to automatically feel soul love - sooner or later - and soul love is endless and limitless!
Self love is an art. Self love cannot be taught. Self love can't be explained. Self love can only be experienced. But the more you feel into these energies, the more you are opening up to the potential of self love ... so you can easier embrace it. You are reminded of this sweetness and ecstasy of existence!
SOFTNESS & SENSUALITY
Let’s simply stop and feel even deeper into divine, nourishing, sensual essence - your own. I, with my Soul Self and Essence, am but a mirror of your own Loving Energies.
Your Joyful Freedom can be allowed so much easier with more tenderness and love! Sometimes it is not so easy to allow all of the necessary shifts, transitions and changes, but if you’re letting yourself be conscious of your abilities of inner softness and compassion - it’s gonna make it all so much easier. Why not receive even more support from the nourishing, soft, sweet energies!
JOY: THE GREAT HEALER
Real joy is eternal and it can never be taken away, it can never be lost, it can never truly be forgotten, although it seems like that at times ... Joy is able to set you free! It can enable you to heal and balance yourself without a doubt!
What does true joy mean? There is quite a lot of talk about happiness, about excitement, about passion in different circles in the world and also to a certain, but lesser degree about joy. However, not a lot of beings can say that they know the meaning of the real joy, which is beyond any emotions, which is beyond polarity and duality, which is absolutely not defined by any human agenda or mind's perception. It is not built on anything outside, but it is rather coming from deeply inside!
LIFE IS NOT SO SERIOUS!
Yeah, I know ... it sounds crazy to think that actually anything that ever happened to you or anyone else is compassionately disregarded. But it's still true!
No matter what it is, or what it was! It is compassionately forgotten. Cause this whole existence on Earth isn't real in its essence, so how could anything be serious for real, if the playground itself is only a "very real illusion"? Such understanding requires of you to see yourself, others and the world with the eyes from beyond, not letting yourself be caught in the limited perception of everything you see, sense, experience. It is all so much more! When you are able to open-heartedly - but not in any harmful way - simply easily, lightly and compassionately, accept yourself and everything that's ever happened to (for) you, then you know you are free.
The more times you let yourself do it, the deeper you liberate yourself. And don't get me wrong. You've got compassion for all other beings, experiences they are going through and for yourself as well, but you are not interfering, you are not trying to change anyone or anything, you are not trying to save the world. You stand in your Self Love and Awareness and shine a Light! With your Presence and Radiance. Each and every experience that anyone is having, is sacred for them and they are getting deep wisdom from it. Even if it seems hurtful and harsh. It's the same in your own case. Whoever is suffering will stop with it, whenever they are ready to do so or after they fulfill their Soul Agreement for higher, divine reasons. And this is true also for you. Let's relax with all this expanded knowingness, without trying to change anything and simply be in awareness together for a moment ....
REAL COMPASSION
Accepting all that you are, also in everyone and everything aroud you, so to speak, is pure compassion. You are already perfect as you are - the human. And you are also much, much more than that!
Sometimes it is so easy to forget you are the absolute creator of anything that is happening to you and that ever happened to you. Or shall we rather say ... that happened through you, as you, from you. Yeah, a victim role can really hold us back, but it is nothing wrong with it as well, simply an experience, so no need to judge it. The real compassion includes everything, without exception. None. What so ever. You either love and accept yourself fully or you do not.
LUXURY & CLARITY
Your super abundance is always available - your Consciousness. Your Limitless Self. And clarity is an amazing sense to help you see what is really going on!
Luxury is not about money in its essence. Luxury is allowing yourself to have it all, but not needing anything. You could be just as luxurios with one euro in your pocket as with millions. Luxury is not built on your identity and definitions of yourself. Luxury is Freedom. Luxury is the ever available awareness of you being Limitless no matter what! Outside circiumstences do not define you in any way in such state of consciousness. You are free! In each and every second. And that's when you can really enjoy your life - with fun, in comfort and for the sensual pleasure and joy of experience!
Clarity allows you the see the bigger picture, the grander design - your own. Being clear allows you to discern what is yours and what is not and that is so very essential when you are getting to know yourself for real – energetically. Clarity also allows you to have an even deeper compassion for yourself and all there is, cause you know that nothing is as emotional and limited as it sometimes seems.
YOUR NEW LIFE
It is your re-birth. A completely new beginning. With all the wisdom collected, from all of your experiences. There is no more separation between your 'inside and outside'. You live it!
In your New Life, New Energy Existence, there is no struggle whatsoever, it is a total flow of you as the creator - being in complete resonance / harmony with you as the human. Human and I AM and Soul / Master Self are not separated anymore and also your light, soul, free energy body, enables you to live in such a way! Like never before ... That is absolutely New in all of Creation, even the Masters of the past who allowed their Light Body, couldn't experience what you can experience in the New Energy Era, should you choose so.
